Robert Rauch
Mr. Rauch serves as President of R. A. Rauch & Associates, Inc., the firm that manages the Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn in Del Mar, CA as well as El Cordova Hotel in Coronado, CA, Pantai Inn in La Jolla, CA and the Quality Inn & Suites in Colorado Springs, CO. His education qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Western International University and a master’s degree in Tourism Administration from Arizona State University. Rauch sits on the board of directors of the San Diego Tourism Marketing District and has served as Chairman or President of several tourism organizations nationally and regionally in the west. Rauch teaches a class at Arizona State University’s Resort Leadership program, has been awarded Developer of the Year by Hilton in 2008, Family Owned Business of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal in 2009 and is often quoted by the media on tourism industry issues.
