Whether they used a smart phone, tablet or laptop – a big portion of your guests had their first encounter and experience with your hotel not in person, but online. In this digital age, a hotel’s success now revolves around the stories they tell and the impressions they make in this highly competitive, virtual marketplace.
At our upcoming event, Robert Rauch, president of hotel management firm R.A. Rauch & Associates, will sit down with Buuteeq’s co-founder, Adam Brownstein, to discuss how hoteliers can turn online lookers into online bookers.
This exclusive event will show hoteliers how to influence the travel shopper’s online experience, including:
- How the digital age is influencing travel booking
- Do’s and don’ts of mobile hotel marketing
- How to inspire travel purchases with social media channels
- The impact of Google’s Penguin update on hotel Web sites and hotel search rankings
- How a hotel’s Web site design can be attracting or deterring direct bookings
- The redefined role of revenue management and its impact on hotel marketing
- Digital hospitality trends on the horizon
